Can I get a consultation remotely?
Yes, we provide Telehealth services. This allows you to discuss symptoms, receive treatment recommendations, or request prescription refills from the comfort of your home using your smartphone or computer.
What is the "Bent Tree for Patients" app and why do I need it?
Our mobile app allows you to manage your health in one place: schedule appointments, check lab results, message a nurse, and use the WellAI assistant for a preliminary symptom assessment.
How do I get my lab results?
The fastest way is to check them in your Patient Portal account or via the mobile app. Your results will be available for viewing as soon as your physician has reviewed them.
Do you accept my insurance?

What should I do if I need to reach a doctor urgently after hours?
If you have a situation that requires a doctor’s attention after the clinic is closed, please call our main office number. Our system is designed to allow the on-call physician to respond to your request promptly. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, always call 911.
