What is a televisit and how do I schedule one?

A televisit is a remote video consultation with your healthcare provider. You can easily schedule one through our mobile app: just select “Schedule Telehealth” at the top and follow the instructions.

You will need a smartphone with our clinic’s mobile app installed, a stable Wi-Fi or cellular (LTE/5G) connection, and a working camera and microphone. We recommend being in a quiet, well-lit room to ensure high call quality.

Yes. To help your doctor better prepare for the consultation, the app allows you to upload medical documents and test results. Before your visit begins, you can also fill out a short form detailing your current symptoms and a list of medications you are taking.

Most major US health insurance plans (including Medicare and Medicaid in some states) cover telehealth services under the same terms as in-person clinic visits. The app will automatically request your insurance information (Insurance ID) during the registration process.

Yes, if the doctor deems it clinically appropriate. If you require medication, the doctor will write a prescription that will be instantly sent directly to your chosen local pharmacy.

If the connection quality drops or the call disconnects, don’t worry. The doctor will try to reconnect with you through the app. If the video connection cannot be restored, our specialist will contact you at the phone number listed in your profile to complete the consultation or help reschedule the visit for another time.
